L’Acacia is truly a little gem! Situated just off the village main street, this charming, holiday rental apartment is tastefully and stylishly decorated and is extremely comfortable being primarily one one level with terrace-garden access from the bedrooms. In fact, the south west facing property is around 100m2 with an outside space of a similar size. In other words, sunny from afternoon to evening.

Outside Space

Arrive directly onto a patio area with a small garden to left, with lemon and pine tree. In addition, the ‘L’ shaped terrace with rectangular dining table for 6 under a pretty pergola with climbing vines.

3 steps will take you down to slightly lower terrace that runs along the front of the building and has a wonderful outdoor dining area with sea view situated in front of the front door. Similarly a round table with 6 comfy armchairs stands beneath a loggia with awning, providing extra shade from the summer sun. After that, there are 2 sunbeds, an electric BBQ, outside lighting, views to both sea and the hills beyond, as well as attractive eye-catching details.

Conveniently situated directly off the outdoor terrace is the kitchen with round wooden table, granite work top and sink plus plenty of Smeg appliances (dishwasher, fridge, oven) and equipment. For instance, there is a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, coffee press, ice machine and storage.

Right of the front door and directly opposite the kitchen are French wooden doors leading to the first bedroom.

Bedroom 1
This bedroom has access to the terrace at the front of the house, 160cm double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and air con.

Sitting Room
4 steps up from the kitchen is the large sitting-dining room area. After that, to the left is another large dining table beside a small wall opening onto the kitchen below. In addition you will find wooden beams, a large fireplace, small antique desk and cosy reading corner with 2 armchairs. To the right is an L shaped sofa – tv (with Apple TV for those with an account) and air con. Eclectic decorative pieces, wall art and mirrors adorn the room.

One step up from the sitting room will bring you to a corridor with bathroom to the left and ensuite bedroom to the right.

Both bathrooms in this property have a somewhat oldy worldy feel to them and both have marble flooring. In conclusion, this one has a shower, w.c, wash hand basin and bidet.

Bedroom 2 with Ensuite Bathroom
This is the main bedroom and has a bathroom directly to the left, with a wash hand basin, w.c, bidet and bathtub with telephone shower.

After that, the bedroom itself has a 180cm bed situated under vaulted arches – there is storage space, air con and access to the entrance terrace.

In addition a washing machine and dryer are also provided.

To summarise, L’Acacia is pretty much on one level with the exception of 4-5 steps within the apartment. From the main street, it is accessed via 3-4 steps into a small courtyard and then a further 8-10 steps down to the entrance gate. Another key point is it is 1 minute from the main street and bus stop for the free Navette (Sous Barri), which runs from the town to village ever 15 minutes. Therefore L’Acacia is well accessed in the village. In conclusion, this charming holiday rental apartment is close to everything and sleeps up to 5 people with 2 double bedrooms and the possibility of a single camp bed in the sitting room or utility area. In addition, there is air con in both bedrooms and the living area.
